We all know by now that Amazon is the largest online supplier of goods and there is no denying that feeling of joy when we get a package from them at our local mail room. Here at WhoShipsAPO.com, we’ve ordered a lot of packages and have never once been disappointed by Amazon themselves. I will say that there are some sellers and stores on Amazon that simply drop-ship products from China and elsewhere which can cause a delay of anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. This happened recently to me and I was a little upset since the package had to be shipped form China to the states and then to my local APO mail room.
It’s a good idea to read the reviews of the products you’re looking to order first as they may give you a heads-up on this practice. Generally though, the products are in stock at the Amazon warehouse and will be sent as quickly as possible.
I’ve written about this before (here) but for those in many other countries, there is always the option to use your local Amazon site. The local Amazon sites will often times have the exact same products as Amazon USA and most can get them delivered right to your front door. Don’t be intimidated by the use of those sites and you can usually just go to the settings in your existing account and choose a different country to order products from.
